Yes i've worked at this "opportunity" which is a complete mind game
1. This "franchise owner" NICK GUERRA is a complete joke claims to be married to one of the sec & they have a child "together" when clearly he is queer as (jack from will&grace), wears these tight nuthugging pants so tight you would swear he get a yeast infection if he was what he wanted to be which is a woman, now the child is beautiful but I was only there for a short time & he's narcissist sarcastic from the way he wants everything so perfect I know for certain he wouldn't have slept with that slopthing of a sec lady, no affection (i know not at wk but really? No hug, lingering touch, nada) so its safe to say artificial insemination
2. It's just not him he gets all the other e.O.'s to conspire with him give all this great info you'll get all of this money, notoriety, opportunities, etc... Which is B.S.
3. He says you'll have all these opportunities to make money in training which is so far from the truth, they give you a pep talk for 2 hrs then send you out (i mean pimp you out) for 5-7hrs a day to rove all over gods creation to sell renditions that hardly noone wants, you use your car and he piles the other e.O.'s which have no cars nobody ever has any gas money, put wear and on your vehicle which of course is on you& then the e.O.'s has the nerve to wanna drive your sh*t!!!
4. Ok so this is a great opportunity right? These e.O.'s have all been there a minimum of a year now why the hell do they stay in the worst area in baton rouge (in gardere of all places) plus they all roommate together of course they're having sex with each other (well at least two that i know for sure) not one of them had a car between all 6 of em, tightpants made them catch cabs to wk (at their own expense of course) i mean it's like they only hired people w/cars how else would they be able to "merch" w/new hires? Then had the nerve to say take merch home and do it at night! Wtf! On what? The xtra $5 we got from a sell if that! And the promotions its all based on numbers how many bottles you sell, if you sold more than everybody e.O.'s includes then you get promoted, hows that for eeoe. Nick guerra used us, pimped us while smiling, he never offered a dollar for gas, what about these e.O.'s not being on our ins. Any other reputable co. Wouldnt allow it & if it is he paid for a reputation i know b/c he actually told us!!!
5. It's ok for a person who still lives at home w/their parents &has no obligations. I mean god how was I supposed to pay rent, lights, car ins& food on table, I mean was I supposed to go homeless, sleep in my vehicle outside the office, do my laundry in a river, wash up in bathroom & come inside w/a smile & say READY TO MERCH!!!
