My experience appears to be the same as many others. Unknown charge on my bank statement. When I called number on transaction I was told by Vanessa ID 91118 that she had no knowledge of how I was signed up for their "membership" program and at first refused to connect me to her supervisor.
She said she could not refund my pending charge — only send me forms for a refund and cancel my membership. She finally referred me to her supervisor after I got her ID number. The supervisor said she couldn't help with any refund and when I insisted on her supervisor she said that Donna Michaels was in meetings all day — she didn't have her ID number. This is out and out fraud!!! Fortunately the charge had not gone through yet and we registered a dispute to stop it.
When I called the number they asked me if I wanted a Walmart card — I wondered if this is related?
