I saw an ad in the paper and it sounded great. I could make $800-$1600.00 a week! I called for info. They informed me who they were and wanted me to come in to get trained for the job. They just opened this office in N. Palm Beach. It would be easy she said. The cost of the pkg. Is only $198.00 and it includes a rental car! Why the car costs more than that! What a deal! She said sometimes the people don't have all the money but they will put it on their card and they can take the vacation later. She wanted me to work until 11PM and they would pay me $60.00 for every $198.00 vacation I sold! She went on about how they opened an office in Ft. Lauderdale and how generous the owner is being that he gives such high commissions.
For some reason it sounded too good to be true. I told her I would get back in touch. I wondered if it was a scam. I punched in Orlando Ramada Vacations for $198.00 on my keyboard and there came up the complaints entry! I clicked it on and read all these horrible experiences and that convinced me not to take the job. Imagine! I could have been one of those telemarketers who didn't know any better, just trying to make an income, but scamming people out of their money!
