I just received my Verizon bill and saw a miscellaneous charge of $13.73 so I looked at my prior bill as well and there's also a charge of $13.73 for my prior month as well. I never requested this service nor did I authorize it. I called the 3rd party biller, ILD Teleservices and they advised me that I must have ordered it... But I didn't. What a scam. I called Verizon and had a block put on my service so 3rd parties cannot charge my account and suggest that everyone do the same.
