I ordered 2 hanks and and 4 packages of buckles. I have requested status on my order and received the auto reply AKA "no reply". I have attempted to call but gave been unable to contact the customer service number because it is "temporarily out of service."
Checking my account there is no record of my order. Going to the "Contact Us" portion of the website I found the following:
