On or about 12/15 we ordered two Animal Planet Air Swimmers extreme radio control giant flying clownfish, on line. Before placing the order we made sure all of the helium tank was included & as indicated on the internet everything was in stock and available. We placed our order, but when it arrived we the shipping invoice stated the helium tank was not sent because it was not in stock, we were not billed for the tanks, but when we purchased the tank separatley the first clownfish exploded for no reason, we followed all of the instructions. When we inflated the second fish, it would not lift off of the floor. We were later told that the altitude needed to be at sea leval, or it would not lift off of the ground. We feel this product is defective and the altitude disclosure needs to be addressed more prominently. I feel we were deceived and misled to believe this product was safe and could be used anywhere.
