Rubrocks/John Whisenand - We ordered product in September that never arrived, even after being promised that it would re-ship, after multiple calls after a month of waiting, immediately without charge. After 2 months, we requested a refund, which has not been received by either credit to our account or check, as they said they would do. We received a credit notice via email from them in November but, here in January, still no refund or credit in any way. Sales, Customer Service and Accounting do not answer their phones with a real voice and do not return calls. Accounting dept. Does not even have a message service to leave a message on.
