Encore Credit in Irvine, California which is now "JP MORGAN Chase" committed Bank Fraud, Bank Larceny and Extorted an "Unauthorized Loan" in the amount of $627,000.00. We had "never" signed for this LOAN! —and NEVER approved its origination! -My name was "removed by forgery" and my "wife's signature" was forged and illegaly placed on a "PHONY NOTE" she had never signed for!!! —it gets worse! —As we went to court to defend our LEGAL DEFENSE and this UNLAWFUL SCAM! —Judges and commissioners in a California "Superior Court" (aided-and-abetted) in the serious "felony-crimes" of the SCAM by Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase!!! —They the BANKS "posed" as second and third party buyers and corporations that "DID NOT EXIST!!!"—and "WON" They never! —properly served us "legal documents" to take possession of our property! And—Judge Walter P. Scwarm "against" State and Federal LAW! —gave our HOME of 16 years to a CORPORATION that never existed!!! —Our attorneys were PAID OFF! —and HIRED by them to represent US! —but never provided that information to US! —that they worked out of "JP MORGAN CHASE BANK" in Glendale, California! —We were thrown into the street like DOGS! —and our entire rights were violated in a court by felony bank crimes and supported by our federal & superior court judges! —worst crime in america! —no justice!
