My husband asked me if I'd charged anything for $75 from AquaLift. I'd never even heard of the company. I attempted to reach their customer service only to be put on hold to the point that I finally hung up. Their customer service said 24/7. I saw that they say it's a free trial and only pay shipping. My husband realized he did ask for a free trial for me, but never authorized any charge other than shipping. The container came in the mail with no identifying traits as to where it came from. There was no marketing material, no receipt, no instructions, etc. It was merely a white container in an envelope. That alone was rather confusing since any legitimate company would typically include marketing material, etc. I sent them an email today and will see if I hear back, but it seems we will likely have to contact the credit card company.
