I ordered a free sample of eye serum and face serum on nov 23rd 2011 only to pay the p&p which i did pay and the goods were received since then without telling me this company has taken a further £300 pounds out of my account without me knowing i have contacted my bank and they told me to ring the company to cancel my account which i am finding very difficult to get through and any money taken after today i should get back and they are trying to recover the £300
