I have been transacting business with this company and my last few transactions which involve money transfers from the U.S. To the Philippines have been delayed for 3 to 4 days which delay in payment means delayed payment of things to paid in the Philippines.
During the holidays, I also transferred to relatives in the Philippines and the delay was still the same. This company advertises on TV and in their website that money is received in Minutes. The delay has not only caused anxiety, so much so that we have to be called from the Philippines frequently. They were called and asked of the reason and they said that it normally takes 3 - 4 days to process the transaction which is entirely different from what they advertise on TV and in their website which says MOney in Minutes.
