I requested that Bellawhite and Orthawhite send me their advertised free samples of their teeth whitener. I paid the shipping charges with my credit card and now I have noticed that on the 17th of each month then charge my card $80. I am working with my credit card company for reimbursement — THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!
