I ordered a package deal for a Sony Digital TX10 waterproof camera. I received some of the items in package, but was missing the extended battery and charger. My daughter actually preferred another camera so I called for a RA number and refund. After leaving several unreturned messages, I finally spoke to "George" on 12/30 and he said an email would be sent after processing the claim to return the items for a refund. I have yet to receive that email, and have yet to get through to another voice, only voicemails on every extension available on their phone number. Now I am stuck with an unopened useless product.
