I sent away for a trial which was meant to cost $12 for two creams to be used together. The samples never came, but the full packages arrived, separatly, costing $154.94 combined. The money has been taken from my account, without my permition, or knowledge. I thought I was spending $12, but instead was shocked to find that $75.94 was taken on the 30th Dec and then $79 on the 5th January.
