I ordered a Natural Labor Companion CD on 12/12 and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. I began calling and emailing doulashop.com in late December when the CD hadn't arrived. I was able to leave a message once but soon got an automated recording saying they were "temporarily unavailable." My emails and phone calls went unanswered and I never received the CD. I filed a claim with my credit card company on 1/5 and was refunded the purchase price. I suspect SCAM.
