We have been a Direct TV customer since January our contract was for 18 months and have been on month to month since. We started our service with 4 receivers and last year downgraded to 3 receivers. Also last year had technical problems with 2 of 3 revivers and needed replacement. When calling on January 4th to check bill was told by tech that we are still on contract effective 08 to 08 after speaking to 2 supervisors got nowhere and was told it’s a valid contract even though I was never notified, nor do they have a recording or signature. Very aggravated! Supervisor told me they are a multimillion dollar company and good luck, this is fraud!
