I was on a totally different sight doing a survey. I never ordered anything from them nor did I even see their name. When I clicked to complete the survey I thought I saw a bleep so I immediately e-mailed the people from the survey to make sure I did not accidentally enroll in anything. They assured me I had not. I kept watching my bank account on line as sure enough on Dec. 30 a check was debited to my account for $99.49 from Premier Membership. I began calling the survey company but because of the long holiday weekend I did not get anyone. I sent e-mails. Finally on Jan. 3rd I spoke to the customer service department of the survey I had taken. She looked me up and said that it was not them and there was already a not there from me. She did tell me that their fee was not $99.49 but they had been getting a very large number of complaints about the same thing. She gave me the web page of the people who actually did the fraud. I tried many times to contact them and was always on hold and then told to send them an e-mail as that is the only way they will respond. I have done this. Today I went to my bank and began the long process of filing fraud charges. I have had to close my account that I have had forever and open a new one. This is so unsettling it makes me hate all of the problems some of our "internet progress" has made.
