I sent for a free trial for a diet supplement and agreed to pay £2.95 & 2.97 for a free trial. A few days later a parcel arrived from Revitalize Health & Beauty. There was a despatch note attached but no other information of term of conditions. I have not received other parcels yet Pure Colon debited £68.76 from my account and another company called HCGULTRA has debited two amounts of £74.95, totally £218.66 of unauthorized transactions.
From the website there is illegally adverting and no mention of the items to be returned or a contract is entered into for a subscription. I only agreed to a free trial of this supplement and did not agree to a subscription. It wouldn’t be as bad if I actually had received the additional supplements but to illegally debit my account with any goods is scandalize.
Please if someone has advice on how to recover the amount or how to stop the company from pursing then I would be extremely grateful.
