After doing electrical work, (replacing circuit breaker) Chris did not plug the sump pump back in the outlet. A few days later I had 1/4 of my basement full of water. Have another electricians note that is what caused the problem. Cord was wrapped and put in the well so Chris could work on a new box. Refuses to admit oversight and will not repair one defective plug he replaced in the kitchen or compensate me for the loss of clothes, some Christmas ornaments and linens.
