Further to my complaint I finally managed to get through to the company after 5 hours. One telephone number was a cash and carry company that claimed no knowledge, the second number was not recognised. The email address cut and pasted was not matched, but by typing in manually, it was accepted.
After repeated attempts, got through and claimed my rights under the 30day 100% guarantee. Have been promised a full refund once the goods have been returned. Was offered the goods and 50% refund initially.
Will advise when refund is received
