Heard it on the radio 104.3 to be exact i live in az i called the 800 number and what would u know they were excepting the program in my area i asked if i would like to do a retail program as well i said no i was offered 75.00 in gift cards from walmart and target but i wanted to try this out first and i was told if i called another 800 number i would get a rebate of 15.00 back i havent even recied any paper work yet or the pin card i was promised the sad thing i thaught this would really help due to the fact i was diagnosed with a bone disease i lost my job and i figure this would help in my budget
