Ordered perfect radiance for a free trial pp £2.99. I was charged £79 straight away - no free trial. Have written to the above to cancel order plus tried to phone (supposedly 24/7) have had no answer. Have tried to email them as well but to no avail. I wish to cancel this order which they say can be done with one call but as previously stated there is never anyone answering.
