I applied on 11/16 for a credit card threw the flex card program / White diamond credit card and was told I was approved for 1000.00 and I would get it in the mail in 10-14 days. I have not recieved my card yet and I have called and e-mailed and still no response. They no longer answer their phones and they no longer respond to a e-mail. The e-mail now comes back failure. The customer service number is 1 561 859 0262 but they have not answered in three weeks due to updating their phones or thats what the voice mail saided. I sent them a e-mail and told them I wanted my money back and I have yet to hear from them. I am mad and wish I knew what legal action could be taken because I want my money back.
