I watched a movi during the grace period and tried to cancel with the number that they had provided at the time, there is no longer a number. Anyway I then sent an email with one day still left to cancel and got no confirmation back to it. I then saw a couple of days later where I had been charged $49.95. I then called the number provided with the transaction on my card and talked to someone named Tracy. She was not wanting to give me my refund but I told her the story and asked to speak to a manger, she put me on hold and then came back saying that I was going to get a refund. I even got a confirmation number. I have since noticed that they refunded my money only to take it back the next day. I now am not able to speak to anyone and am stuck with the charge.
