Ordered a Denali Northface jacket and the pull string on the side is broke and is not the same quality I would expect from Northface. Have no way to contact this company no receipt in package. Called my credit card there is no contact number available. Tried to Google name of company and nothing comes up. Feel that I have been mislead and now ripped off!!
