I was on the website and then change my mind when I seen the shipping charges, I never really completed the order. Wo and behold they shipped (4) Slice O Matic's to me and billed my credit card for $69.49. I have been trying to get a pre paid Return Label since the beginning of December, they send me one a month later, but I have two boxes to return. I have been calling them since December and have gotten the run-a-around. This is the worst company I have dealt with. I called back today and have been on hold for one hour.
