My father ordered by phone 1 piece and they offered a 2nd one for free, but shipping & handling of $6.99 will be paid only. The offer was $19.99 $6.99 $6.99 = $33.98... But he received 6 pieces!!! Slice-O-Matic deducted $140 from his credit card. I called to a phone # they use for advertising and Amy Lopez apologized and promised to send by mail a return UPS label and when they received the box, will refund the credit card... We NEVER RECEIVED such a label and now no one gets to the phone.
