I I placed an order for Biofreeze in January order#968678. I got an email that said it was on backorder for about 4-6 weeks. I could not wait that long as my husband was in pain so I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund within 30 days since they had already taken payment. I have been sending emails since then to get my refund. Their phone numbers do not work: if you get a person to answer the phone by saying you are going to place an order, they are rude, obnoxious and will hang up on you.
I used Paypal which will not get involved over 30 days but I have done what I should as a customer.
