On 11 December I ordered a sample Anti Rides Serum and authorised a debit on my Visa card for $AU5.91 postage. On 2 January this company had claimed an unauthorised debit to my account for $AU73.89. I had purposely NOT ordered any additional product because I intended to assess the sample before commiting to further purchases. TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO PRODUCT.
I telephoned my bank today and the only way they could stop further unauthorised debits to my account was to cancel my card and issue me a new one.in addition I have to contact five (5) other suppliers, ie Insurance company etc. And advise them of my new account details.
I normally buy on-line via PayPal, but unfortunately NOT on this occasion. I will NEVER give my Credit/Debit Card details again EVER.
Has anyone received the sample product from this company?
