I ordered the trial and was charged the trial amount $2.95 I returned the bottle unopened. I have the return receipt from UPS that the company received it. They are telling me "after my phone calls asking where my refund was" that it was processed in Sept. The bank has gone back thru my account and there is no refund showing. The bank cannot help me because it is past the time frame that they will step in. I have multi emails with a rep there that basically has told me there is nothing they can do. This is totally not true the company has refused to trace the so called refund with a transaction ID number and told me to contact my bank. My bank is stating there is nothing they can do contact the better business bureau and pretty much good luck. This is ridiculous I have requested numerous times to speak with a supervisor and in the email requested a supervisor. Nothing. This is wrong, this company needs to be stopped. My next plan is to write to both the company and to the bank someone can run a tracer on this so called refund.
