I was checking out penny auction sites and found ziinga.com They had this package for $99.95 a month for their platinum package which was your gift for 7 days and if you didn't cancel, they charge. Well I have cancelled and cancelled and argued and used all their links to close this account and even after multiple chats and emails explaining how their links obviously don't work. I was on their site for one night and bought nothing. I have no intentions of returning. The site does not work well and their customer service is rude. As this rolled on they said they would let me out of this 3 month $99.95 contract... Of which I never agreed too... For $39.95... Finally out of frustration I agreed to that just to be done with them. I heard no more for a week and yesterday my credit card got hit for $99.95. So I went back to the site to talk to their chat help and learn my account is STILL OPEN. They are over seas so I am sure I am hung. But will get another credit card sent so they cant hit me again. Hopefully this will save others they frustration and unauthorized charges.
