I ordered a product which was a downloadable program. I also ordered the CD. After they received my Payment by Paypal. MM stated that they sent the CD and that I had downloaded the Program. Neither is true. As of 1 Jan 12, I have neither the downloaded program not the CD. When I asked about it, they stated that Company policy was to send an item once, and to recieve it again, I must again, pay the original $260! I asked for a record of their computer showing when, I downloaded the program. They stated that they could not show me. I asked, if they sent the CD by Delivery Confirmation, they said no. Paypal stated "that they could not assist because it's a download and they do not cover this type of purchase)". I wonder if Paypal and Mystic Media are working under the Table!
