Charged credit card did not receive merchandise

I purchased a David Freese St Louis Cardinal baseball jersey for my son for Christmas it was charged to my credit card account but I did nor receive the jersey the cost of this jersey was 114.00 dollars I hope something can be done about this outrageous rippoff.
