Buyers beware chuanhua hu is currently being looked at for a major tv scam story and being indicted for embezzlement of over people our guessing millions of dollars in shipping fees that clients who paid for clothes did not have choice in.
The site claims that if you need to make a change to the order you must contact by 1pm pst. (example-you order at 10am and you make a mistake or more notable they use discount codes that show they will discount their merchandise and when it charges your credit card it charges the full amount and they blame you!!! Even tho it's a plot to make double the profits. Now when this happens and you see the charge or perhaps you ordred the wrong size. They make sure it takes hours to get threw and on days off you can wait three plus hours before your first in que to get rep to talk to and it hangs up.
So no message when they close down or just want to take a break they choose to answer or not driving many people to take loss. But worse if you get threw to them they will tell you that they will notate account and a supervisor will call you back, funny when we called and demanded a supervisor carmen the same lady called back lol or you may get a jesse it's a definite 2-3 people crew. But they tell you what you want to hear after the website fails to discount item even tho you put in and shows you discount before checking out. Well no one ever calls and package shows up)
They embezzle and send property you do not want even if your call is two minutes later.
Also if they do not have your size it's ok they have a bag that the outside says is right again hoping you keep. Chuanhua hu is the mastermind and a class action suit is being formed now. Torn clothes, broken items, bags with wrong size and they allow no cancellations of any order at all. Which is clearly against state laws in california.
We our forming a suit now to make them pay back all the money and pay for the theft of others and the scam that has been going on so long.
