The Uggnoble website advertized a picture of Sunburst Ugg Boots with the name being Sundance II. When I received my order from them all of the Ugg Boots were Sundance II, I was expecting the Sunburst Boots that they had the picture of. After I sent them an e-mail stating that they will receive several lawsuits, due to the false advertisement they took the website down. I had referred several people to the website, because I'm a store manager at a retail store and I don't sell Uggs. When customers asked about the shoe I referred to the website. One unsatisfied customer!!! This really messed up My Christmas, I need the shoes I paid for. I need the Uggs Sunburst Boots or a Refund. I will never wear this Sundance II, because that's not what I want.
