Agreed to pay £3.99 for postage and have free trial of the tablets. Decided that I wouldn't continue with the tablets, but had another lot delivered without my authorisation, with an invoice from a distribution centre in Durham (UK). Free tablets again but £10.80 postage. The actual franking on the envelope was for just over £1. I rang the telephone number on the back of the container for the tablets, and spoke to an American guy, who said that I had agreed to receive more tablets, as stated in the 'small print'. There was no small print. I cancelled the account, but to my dismay and horror...
I have today received my credit card statement to find two amounts have been taken for £56.21 on the 24th November and £56.83 on 19th December. Both without my consent. I have spoken to my credit card company, have put a stop on the card and they are taking this case of fraud up on my behalf. PLEASE do not have anything to do with these crooks. The call centre is also in Atlanta USA, so goodness knows how much the cost of X2 telephone calls to them will cost.
