Paid more than $500 in advance. Tried contacting to confirm delivery of needed oil before tank runs dry. Phone not answered. Voice mail promised response. No response. Tried "Live Chat". Live chat was "off line". Tried connecting to consumer service. Voicemail. No return message. Tried connecting to other sections of the company. Promised return message. No response. Finally phone message. Excuse was that emails were sent regarding location of tank. Not true. No emails were sent regarding tank location. The fill location was initially supplied on registration and payment for delivery. No phone calls to confirm delivery or ask questions. Delivery of home heating oil is important. NeigborOil promises that it will save money. However its terms and conditions provide that it is not responsible for delivery, for failure to deliver, for oil quality, or for anything. Money still outstanding on credit card payment. Credit card company has been contacted. Promised that they will assist. Complaint on file with credit card company. Unresolved at this time.
