I purchased 3 northface fleeces from what I thought was a legitimate north face website, northfacesaleoutlets.com. I was shipped 3 fake fleeces that were horrible knock offs sent from Shanghai China. No customer service phone so emailed them asking for return info for the product. A person with a fake name and horrible english, Jessie, responded that my order number didn't exist and please provide tracking info. Provided all order details from the confirmation emails that they had sent earlier, but no response since. I used my visa debit card, not amex, so I think I'm out 300 bucks and need to change my debit card info asap.
