I bought a 7" notebook and was contacted 2 weeks later (noting that the website says 95% of their orders ship within 24 hours) and offered an upgraded battery for 3 to 4 times battery life, upgraded memory, upgraded drive storage and protective cover for $35 more. I said I would do it for $20 and they said OK. Upon arrival I found that the only thing that I got extra was a little pouch cover, no other upgrades. I called them and left a message also letting them also know that the wifi didn't work and heard nothing. I emailed them and repotrted the problem and let them know that this was a Christmas gift and I still have not heard a word from them. So at this point I have a $100 piece of junk that is unusable.
