Ordered a netbook for my daughter for christmas. They called to ask if I wanted a upgraded battery, case and car charger for additional $39.95, which I got. It all came in the mail, but no wifi built in. Called the company for 5 days in row with no response. Finally received a email back stating to request a RMA, which I did. Sent it back certified. I was told I would get the refund in 3 days. It has been a WEEK AND A HAlf!!! No reponse, I am calling and emailing again. This company is a total scam, junk products, pathetic customer service. NEVER buy from then.
