I paid them $2,600 in full, back in April to perform a forensic audit on my loan. I was promised that the process would only take 10 days.in late July I got a letter from them saying they are on the verge of bankruptcy and are trying to restructure their company. They will fulfill their obligation or give me a full refund by the end of the year. I tried to contact them many times since then, but could not get a hold of anyone. Their office number and emails no longer work. The General Manager's (David Singui) email still goes through, but no response from him either.
Does anyone know how to take legal action or get our refund back? I still have a copy of the electronic contract I filled out for them.
