Ripoff - Does not deliver service or offer refund guarantee

I followed a link on Monster.com for a paid survey site.
The site claimed to deliver paid survey opportunities for $32.95 or a guaranteed refund.

It's nothing but a list of survey companies you can find on a search. I asked for my refund the day after I paid them (MARCH 20TH) and I still have not recieved it.
