Returned product in legal time limit but continue to bill through collection agent

Eturned hearing aid that did not function properly. Supposedly a 30 trial period. Returned product well with in the time period. Acknowledge receiving same. Turned me over to collecion agency h.C. Processing and i refused to pay. I understand that others have the same problem. Claim that i am responsible for payment.
