My boyfriend's mom ordered me a pair of what were supposed to be UGG boots. They came and they look identical to REAL UGGS but for one they were the wrong size and for two they were the wrong ones. There was no address or phone number to send them back and when I looked at the receipt they charged my boyfriend's mom $319.00 when on the website they said they were only $99.99!!!
