I was contacted by phone by telemarketer. Dan Keller returned the phone call. Promised a loan modification, even sent me a print out of what it would look like. He said my mortgage co. Agreed to it. I checked out his web sites and looked at his portfolio. It looked very legit. I was in a bind because my house was close to forclosure and my attorney was disbarred. Unable to communicate with my mortga
ge co. Desparate to save my house I took the bait. Eventually after much documentation I was able to speak to my mortgage co. They have no information from Dan Keller. I called Dan, panicing now. Left several voice messages. He did not return my phone calls anymore. I finially got a hold of his associate and demanded a refund. She agreed to submit a refund. They have removed there website and I have not heard from them since.
