I am looking for people who have been damaged by The Dump, I have spoken with several attorneys interested in filing a class action but they would like to know how many people would be willing to participate. I currently have a small claims suit against the Dump and am told it is not too late to convert it to a class action - so if you purchased anything from the dump and were not given a written warranty, have been dealing with customer service and been denied the opportunity to discuss the defect with the manufacturer and want to pursue this matter email me and I will forward all responses to law firms to see if we can get an action started.
