Identityhawk has been taking 19.95 out of my bank account every month since sept. 2011. I cancelled my membership and demanded a refund for these fraudulent piggyback charges and they denied me offering a 20.00 refund. I declined and just filed a complaint against them through the better business bureau and I'm going to try to file a dispute with my bank tomorrow. They told me that I signed up through a "sister company" and refused to tell me which company it was but I believe that it was either freescore.com or freecreditscore.com I urge everyone who has this same issue to file a complaint with the BBB as well... Maybe if they get enough complaints something will be done about this scandalous company who is stealing peoples hard earned money without them knowing about it.
