Just received the same letter everyone's getting. I threw it out. It sure looks real but I heard about thsi about a month ago on the local Sacramento news. They always ask for $275 I guess. They have the address of 11601 Wilshire Blvd 5th Floor in Los Angeles. Lots of words for a scam letter. Ha!
