I ordered 2 NFL jerseys for Christmas, got a vague email saying it would be shipped soon, but no tracking number or phone number or anything in the email giving any possibility of contact. My order hadn't arrived the week before the holiday and When I replied to the email (a hotmail address) it gave me a failure notice. I feel duped and really angry that it's the week before Christmas and I'm out 2 gifts.
