Just like everyone else said i applied for a position on craigslist then i got this email:

You need to complete the pre-interview screening before we can schedule an interview, which can be found at http://workatclayton.info or the career link on our homepage. Your applicant code is 361373.
Please write down your code, as that is the only way you can gain access to your application and employee profile. Once you complete your screening someone from HR will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an interview.

Needless to say i did what the email asked because i've been unemployed for awhile. After i completed this i decided to google the company and found this is a scam they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people like me.
